Treasury Wine Estates (TWE) is one of the world’s largest wine companies, listed on the Australian Securities Exchange. As an international organisation, TWE are working across 4 regions and have operations in 30 countries. Having built a GBS centre, they are currently working to standardize process optimization across the cultures they operate within, which can throw up multiple challenges. This site tour will give you the opportunity to meet with service heads within the GBS to understand how they work collaboratively to embed a standardized shared services centre on a global scale. They will share the challenges and successes so far and will guide you on the journey to embedding a strong, customer centric approach to service provision which excels shared services towards becoming an intelligent partner to the business.
