Melinda Stewart (B.E Chem and Grad. Dip. Applied Finance & Investment) is an experienced HR director who joined Lend Lease in February 2013 as the Global Head of HR Services, the HR shared services function supporting more than 12,000 employees worldwide. Prior to joining Lend Lease, Melinda was the Global Head of HR Operations at Macquarie Group, managing the HR and Payroll shared services function and ultimately offshoring it to Manila, Philippines to a captive team of approximately 100 HR, HRIS and payroll employees. Melinda has a vast experience of HR and Payroll systems implementation, outsourcing and operations management, and is focussed on continuous improvement and standardisation of services to maximise efficiencies.
