Transformation is at the forefront of everyone’s mind in the back office. The most important question everyone is asking the back office is “how does Shared Services stay relevant in an automated future?”
The biggest challenges we are facing in the back office are:
- Ensuring you have the right people, skills and culture to champion change
- Utilising process excellence, automation and analytics for efficiency and to take your shared services to the next level
- Creating an intelligent automation strategy for the future of shared services
- Designing an operating model to accelerate robotic process automation (RPA) and artificial intelligence
- Involving the customer to deliver better experiences, value and a competitive advantage
So How Do We Navigate This Transforming Landscape?
The Shared Services and Outsourcing Week 2019 agenda looks to the future, benchmarking off the USA, Europe and Asia to transform the back office. We explore the core challenges of the back office and the true value of technology in continuing the SSO life-cycle. The agenda is a fully customisable journey, and will focus on how the back office can add value to organisations through automation, process excellence, customer service, data analytics, business partnering and advisory services.
