Jane Holmes
President-Elect American Payroll Association

Jane Holmes is the Director of Business Services-Payroll Operations for NorthgateArinso, a leading global Human Resources services provider offering innovative HR business solutions through HR Technology, HR Outsourcing and HR Consulting, where she is responsible for the Payroll Operations and Payroll Tax Centers of Excellence for North America.  Her teams are responsible for processing payrolls totaling over $9 billion and issuing over 400,000 payments annually.

Her career spans over 25 years with experience in all areas of payroll.  She is a nationally recognized speaker and trainer for the American Payroll Association. She is the current President-Elect and will be assuming the role of President of the American Payroll Association in May, 2011.  Ms. Holmes has been recognized as the 2005 Payroll Woman of the Year and as the Ohio Payroll Professional of the Year.

Raul Bustamante
Vice-President and Head of Global HR Service Delivery

Raul Bustamante is Head of Global Service Delivery BSC for the Solvay Group and based in Brussels, Belgium.  He is in charge of building the Global HR Service Organization and overseeing the implementation of HR e-tools and all HR processes worldwide.

Raul Bustamante joined Solvay Animal Health in Sao Paulo Brazil in 1976.  Since then, he has had the opportunity to develop competencies in different type of functions, i.e. : Research, Quality Assurance, Production Management, Project Management, Site Management and Business Management at country, regional and global level.

After his career in Brazil, he has spent 19 years in Argentina where he was the General Manager of Solvay Indupa (production of Chemicals products and Plastics), a listed company in Buenos Aires stock change.

Since 2003, he is in Belgium where he was introduced to the amazing world of HR Management.  He was the Project Manager for the HR Transformation at Solvay.

Keith Rodgers
Webster Buchanan

Keith is co-founder of Webster Buchanan Research and chair of Webster Buchanan's Multi-country Payroll Forum. Having focused for much of his career on the interface between technology and business need in finance, customer management, people management and payroll, Keith now leads Webster Buchanan's People Management and Multi-country Payroll practices. He has carried out extensive research among companies at every stage of the multi-country payroll cycle, and consults on multi-country payroll strategy, business case development and vendor selection.

After a career in London, Keith has spent the best part of this decade in San Francisco, California, where he set up Webster Buchanan's US operations. In January 2009 he moved to Singapore where he currently runs Webster Buchanan's AsiaPac operations. Prior to founding Webster Buchanan Research in 2001, Keith was UK Managing Director and then US President of TBC Research, a research and consultancy company.
