During 2010 and 2011, healthcare providers and payers will face unprecedented demands on business and technical resources as well as heavy financial demands. Intelenet Global Services and SSON present an exclusive webinar focused on helping these key industry players navigate through a difficult period that demands risk free and transparent transitional capabilities while maintaining excellent customer service.
Join the discussion on how the industry needs to address the myriad of issues, including:
- Stabilizing loss trends in the face of universal access that virtually ignores any actuarial reality,
- Managing administrative costs as an offset to unavoidable underwriting losses,
- Meeting ever increasing compliance requirements to avoid sanctions and financial penalties that are now considered a revenue source by the government,
- Mitigating the risks posed by the unfunded HIPAA 5010 and ICD-10-CM mandates that promise to be a major drain on resources and finances.
This webinar will provide you with an intelligent and thorough discussion of the issues, how to minimize their impact while maintaining quality and enabling transparent conversions. The webinar will also discuss business processes, effective technology, and administrative cost reductions while improving Revenue Cycle Management and reduced A/R aging for providers.
