This 60-minute webinar is designed for companies who want tod ramatically expand the effectiveness of their sourcing operations through greatercost efficiencies and economies of scale.

The program will address broad challenges in the market that continue to drive procurement functions to center stage. It will profile how great organizations go well beyond transactional and material acquisition functions to transform procurement into a strategic cost driver for their organization. The webinar will showcase proprietary supply chain research on how best-in-class companies achieve excellence through innovation and the elimination of redundant functional activities throughout the supply chain.

Charles Clark, CEO of Rosslyn Analytics, will introduce the key concept of "marrying" data analysis with targeted process improvement. He will also explain how Rosslyn uses its proprietary web-based data services and analytics platform, RA.Pid, to execute a 360-degree "spend management" view of a company’s procurement and supply chain risks; providing a heightened level of visibility into enterprise-wide cost, risk and compliance issues in days, not weeks or months.

Xerox's Ginny Tucker will conclude by sharing an exciting new joint service between Rosslyn and Xerox called ProfitSight™. She will share examples of how Xerox applies its collective knowledge and expertise to interpret advanced spend metrics derived from RA.Pid to help companies design and implement actionable solutions to transform procurement processes. Attendees will learn how to significantly improve source-to-pay processes and develop innovative sourcing strategies; not only to gain bottom line savings, but also to create sustainable workflow solutions for long-term benefits and savings.
