Gary Bragar joined NelsonHall in April 2007 after gaining extensive HR management experience at AT&T. He covers all HRO disciplines and has published numerous market analysis studies including Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) Learning BPO, Payroll BPO, Mid-market HRO and Multi-process HRO.
In his last job assignment at AT&T, Gary was a member of the AT&T governance team responsible for managing the service delivery for AT&T’s major Human Resources and Payroll services BPO contract with Aon Human Capital Services.AT&T and Aon were selected as “HRO Relationship of the Year” in the Financial & Business Services Sector in the 2004 HRO Awards.Gary’s prior operational experience at AT&T included: Recruiting, Learning, Benefits Administration, Compensation, HR Transformation, HRIT and Employee Programs for AT&T International.
Keith is a Research Fellow for HfS Research, focusing on the HR services industry.
With over two decades in HR and BPO services, he is a pioneer of HR outsourcing. After years of leading HR and BPO service organizations, Keith launched his own HR practice, focusingon primary business outcomes. Keith has also been involved in developing critical technologies necessary to support outsourcing models. Prior to joining HfS Research, Keith spent eight years leading the HR Outsourcing business at Ceridian, a global HR service provider. He has been recognized on HRO Today's HRO Superstar list several times.
Diana Newmier has over 20 years experience in building HR capability within organizations, with a solid balance between strategy and execution. She has served in leadership positions where she developed and implemented strategies for culture and organizational capabilities, diversity, talent acquisition, employee retention, compensation, benefits, M&A integrations, and transitions at Fortune 100 companies. She is currently an Executive Vice President with Transfield Services, managing HR, Recruitment and Communications.
