Jeff Kemmerer is Vice President, Global Shared Services, for The Hershey Company. In this position, he is responsible for leading the development of a long-term strategic plan to leverage Hershey’s global shared service capabilities. The SSO provides the analysis and planning necessary to bring together employees involved in a wide range of processes, and enables Hershey to maximize talent, more effectively use technology, and leverage its global scale to provide top-tier performance. 

Rick Bertheaud
Principal, Management Consulting

Rick brings more than 25 years of experience to his role, including 15-plus years in consulting and another 10 years in senior financial management positions in the corporate environment. Rick joined KPMG with the acquisition of EquaTerra, where he had a hand in designing and implementing leading shared services organizations across a diverse span of industries. Rick has managed both broad-based multifunction engagements and single-function projects in procurement, finance and accounting, as well as HR, throughout the process improvement lifecycle.

Bob Cecil
Principal, Management Consulting

Bob has more than 25 years of expertise in assisting clients in the transformation of their organizations and operations. With a primary focus on the general and administrative processes, Bob has helped companies realign their structure, governance and management processes, establish shared service centers, evaluate and transition services to outsourcing arrangements, plan and transition processes to offshore centers, re-engineer administrative business processes, and reduce the overall cost structure and spend on goods and services.
