Big Ideas Speakers!
This SSOW, hear from not one, but two leading international authors, Lasse Rouhiainen and Tony Saldanha, about the BIG topics facing the business world as we head into the 2020s. Lasse will be sharing the key findings from his book, Artificial Intelligence, 101 Things You Must Know Today About Our Future (don’t worry, we’ve limited him to his top 10!) and Tony, former VP Global Business Services for P&G, Global Advisory Board member for SSON, and author of Why Digital Transformations Fail, will be sharing his wealth of knowledge with you about how you can limit and learn from failure.
This year, due to feedback from YOU, we’ve mixed things up a bit. We still have tracks focussing on the Future of Finance, HR Transformers, and Automation Adaptors, but this show, we will also have tracks focusing on the role of Analytics within Business Services, and on the critical role of Culture and Talent.
Women in Business Services
SSON is familiar with the typical issues regarding gender bias in the workplace, and throughout our 20+ year history, we are proud to have championed, showcased, and supported Women in Business. Despite the fact that many SSOs have a 50% workforce gender split, there are still far too few women in senior leadership positions within the industry, and this SSOW, our aim is to provide an environment where collaboration and informal networks can be fostered. There will be several #SSOWomen events taking place over the four days – watch this space for more information!
