Participants will apply design thinking methodology to identify real life shared services problems
Participants will be divided into functional areas: F&A, HR, Procurement & GBS.
Participants will be given real life, specific problems to solve.
Led by expert facilitators, participants will be given forty minutes to hack the challenge and develop a roadmap for improvement
A participant from each team will share the strategies they employed, to find a solution. This could include using timelines, process improvements, technology, et cetera.
By taking part in this challenge, participants will gain a better understanding of how to use design thinking to hack their own organizational challenges and create innovative new solutions.
