Dan is a qualified accountant and change professional who has worked in a variety of sectors (FMCG/Retail/Financial Services/Media/Contracting/Outsourcing and Services) in operational, leadership, strategic and consultancy roles. He is a change/transformation/operational professional and leader with 20+years’ PQE with proven delivery record in a variety of dynamic blue-chip organisations in Strategy, Transformation, Operational Performance Excellence, Change Management, M&A/Divestment activity, Shared Service Centre/Outsourcing set-up/management and corporate relationship management. Dan’s current role is a mixture of operational excellence, change management and leadership across the Kier Group where he leads many of the transformational activities that keep Kier doing business. He scoped the future transactional services operating model in autumn 2015, decommissioning 12 legacy sites to create a new green-field site in Manchester over a 2 year period while supporting various systems and process change programmes. Dan is based in Manchester but as part of the Covid-19 challenges, has successfully transitioned to a hybrid working model.
