Developing AI solutions using Cognitive Technology platform to improve productivity efficiencies and increase processing capacities in the shared services centre. Develops and executes the strategic plan with the team to deliver successful business growth and profitability Ensures ELFS has a capable and experienced workforce to sustain the business into the future. Established contractual framework agreements with procurement agencies to enable NHS Trusts to outsource to ELFS.
ELFS serves 35 NHS organisations in payroll, finance and business systems. As the business grew rapidly with more customers onboarding, ELFS initially interacted with 1,000 suppliers to develop, pilot then go live with a new 'Ask Accounts Payable' portal technology capability to enable ELFS to handle the AP process in a completely different way!
