Hertz's holistic perspective, shaped by his diverse experience and background, offers valuable insights into the complex landscape of e-invoicing and CTC. He holds both a bachelor's and master's degree in Economics from CUNY Queens College and CUNY City College, respectively. His expertise illuminates the legal, technical, and commercial aspects impacting businesses and governments worldwide.

Based out of Raleigh, NC, German has 9 years of experience in e-Invoicing Compliance & P2P and O2C Automation. He has worked with small to large multinational companies implementing Global E-invoicing projects, and helping businesses navigate the continuously changing landscape of E-Invoicing. As part of the BPC, German also helped in creating the proposed E-invoicing model for the US, a project that was led by the Federal Reserve Bank of the United States. German believes in a proactive approach to e-invoicing. As he believes this minimizes the impact on business and reduces the time and cost associated with implementing an e-invoicing solution.
