Melissa Edwards, AP Manager, TE Connectivity, has a rich heritage in shared services, from her time at PwC as a management consultant working with the likes of Pfizer, Coca- Cola, and Western Union. She played a lead role in the migration of the TE Connectivity shared services operation from the US to Costa Rica and learned many important lessons along the way.

Now it's your turn to gain from her experience.

Melissa believes that people make a business and understanding how to collaborate, lead, map, and manage change within the Accounts Payable function is one of her keys to success. According to Melissa, “If you start changing processes in- flight, the operational risks are high. Having a period of stability allows for a proper understanding of the new environment and improvements can be introduced gradually.”

In this webinar, Melissa will discuss:

  • Managing change in a shared services environment
  • How to validate your AP operations
  • Reducing the load on your AP resources
  • Achieving high impact in AP, without disruption

Don’t miss the opportunity to listen to Melissa discuss her experiences and to ask the questions that can guide your journey.
