Compliant Goodbyes: How Ulta Beauty Navigated State Separation Laws for Offboarding with Confidence

Join this webinar for a quick guide to offboarding employees in a compliant and sensitive way

This webinar will take place on:
16 July, 2025
11:00 AM - 12:00 PM EDT

Saying goodbye to employees is hard enough, but doing it while maintaining compliance with every state and local separation law? That's a whole different challenge. To ensure compliance with state requirements, national employers must proactively develop and implement standardized separation processes. Systematized offboarding helps organizations mitigate legal risk and leads to administrative efficiencies. Join us for our webinar with Onwards HR CEO Sarah Rodehorst and Devon Byrne, Vice President of People Enablement at Ulta Beauty.

Together, they'll discuss:

• How to navigate state-specific separation laws

• Tips for developing compliant multi-state offboarding processes

• How specialized technology helps mitigate legal risk.

This webinar will teach you how to simplify state separation notice compliance so that employees get the information they need—and your team spends less time on non-value-added administrative tasks.
