Devon’s primary focus is HR Strategy and Innovation, Associate Relations & Shared Services, HR Compliance, HR Operations and HR Information Systems. Devon holds a Bachelor’s degree in Art History and Business from Lake Forest College, a Master’s degree in Human Resources from Loyola University Chicago and a Doctorate in Business Management from Argosy University.
