Amber is Senior HR Analyst with over 10 years of progressive and diverse Human Resources experience to include HRIS technology, recruiting, training and development, payroll, leave and benefits administration and employee relations. She is experienced with public, private and non-profit industries, including higher education holding a solid understanding of human resources, business operations in various corporate and non-corporate environments. Amber is catalyst in implementing positive change and identifying strategic opportunities while exhibiting exceptional communication, problem solving, technical, resource management, and leadership skills. She is a proven leader in driving change, and accomplished at championing corporate values, vision and mission.
Clive currently serves as the HR Project Manager at Travelex, a market leading global foreign exchange business. He is responsible for delivery and change management for HR products, Global Payroll optimization and HR Shared Service Centre (Mumbai) to deliver continued value to the global business. Clive’s previous roles include People Strategy and Operations Manager, Senior Programme Manager and Senior IT Project Manager for a global healthcare organization as well as an early career in Recruitment.
Nicole Lindenbaum is the Director of Product Marketing at PeopleDoc. She writes and speaks about HR service delivery, HR technology, digital transformation, and the future of work. With significant experience in enterprise software, Nicole has worked in both HR technology and document management software.
Nicole holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Syracuse University and a Master of Business Administration from Washington University in St. Louis. She lives in Brooklyn, NY.
Rochelle Hood serves as Global Head of Customer Analytics and Research for SSON where she is responsible for enhancing member value and experiences.
Rochelle has managed operations and led projects in multiple disciplines including shared services, call center operations and information services. She is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) attaining her credentials from the Project Management Institute and is a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt. Rochelle holds a BSc in Accounting and a Masters in Business Administration. Rochelle’s professional experience includes project management, process excellence and service delivery roles at IBM, QVC and companies in the defense contracting industry.
