With a background is founding, scaling and leading insurance businesses in mature markets with complex regulatory environments, she worked internationally with Swiss Re for many years and recently the CEO of Swiss Re’s digital insurer ‘iptiQ’ in Australia and New Zealand. Over a 20 year career, she has delivered numerous strategy and transformation projects for various components of the life insurance value chain including automating financial advice processes, digitising direct distribution, operational model redesign, regulatory change and remediation projects. As both an enterprise and business unit leader, Bronwyn’s experience in marrying organisational ambition with digital transformation has equipped her with first hand knowledge of the challenges organisations face when implementing strategic, customer-centric change – and why benefit realisation of such efforts should focus firstly and foremostly around the end consumer.
