Ritu Jyoti is Group Vice President, Worldwide Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Automation Research with IDC's software market research and advisory practice. Ms. Jyoti is responsible for leading the development of IDC's thought leadership for AI Research and management of the Worldwide AI and Automation Software research team. Her research focuses on the state of enterprise AI efforts and global market trends for the rapidly evolving AI and Machine Learning (ML) innovations and ecosystem. Ms. Jyoti also leads insightful research that addresses the needs of the AI technology vendors and provide actionable guidance to them on how to crisply articulate their value proposition, differentiate and thrive in the digital era.

Ritu Jyoti is a trusted advisor to some of world's largest technology firms and end-users. Prior to this role, she was Program Vice President, Systems Infrastructure Research Portfolio for IDC's Cloud IaaS, Enterprise Storage and Server team. She expanded IDC’s research on Infrastructure for AI & Analytics, launched a competitive market "Data services for hybrid cloud", and delivered compelling "Digital Transformation – IT Transformation" framework for Data Infrastructure Services. She was also the lead analyst for a couple of technology vendors consulting engagements, where she delivered ground-breaking research to drive their business transformation, re-enforcing IDC's position as the go-to thought leader in the industry.

Pauline Arnakis is a Senior Corporate Counsel in the Americas (Commercial) Legal Team at Infosys, a Global leader in technology, outsourcing, digital transformation, and related services. She has over 20 years of in-house and consulting legal, contracts, compliance and data privacy experience, specializing in technology, digital, outsourcing, e-commerce, data acquisition and sales, marketing, and services commercial contracts and matters. Her past roles have been at leading companies in various industries, such as power and energy, music and entertainment, financial services, credit ratings, and market intelligence.

Pauline obtained her Juris Doctor degree from Brooklyn Law School in New York and is licensed to practice law in New York State. In 2002, Pauline obtained a Commercial Contract Management master’s certificate from George Washington University School of Business. She is also a data privacy expert - a Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/US) by the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP) since 2015. Since 2013, she has served as the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Chair of the New York City (and Long Island) Chapter at the Association of Corporate Counsel and continues to organize excellent DEI programming for its members.

Pauline’s personal interests include dragon boat racing, kayaking, scuba diving, swimming and skiing. She also likes to travel and explore new cultures, foods and traditions.

His current focus is on “Doc to Digital” approaches to pipeline enriched & validated extracts from documents to Enterprise systems supporting business processes for New Business, KYC, Servicing, Claims, Telecom Billing, and Contracts Analysis. In his 25+ years of experience, he has led teams of systems architects, business process consultants, and Automation experts. He is an alumnus of Texas A&M University with a Master’s in Electrical Engineering (Data Compression & Error Correction) and a PhD in Computer Science (Networking & Real-time Systems).
