Master Burnett currently serves as the managing director of Dr. John Sullivan & Associates, where he advises global 2000 companies on the implementation of world-class HR programs based on the thought leadership of Dr. John Sullivan. Prior to joining Dr. Sullivan, Burnett served as the director of client services and corporate marketing for the Silicon Talent Corporation, a professional recruiting services and advisory firm focusing on early stage ventures in biotechnology, telecommunications, and Internet/new media. Burnett has also served as an adjunct professor of management at San Francisco State University, where he taught courses on managing technology in human resources.

Burnett has delivered workshops throughout North America, Europe, the Middle East and Asia. He has advised organizations in the area of strategic HR planning, workforce planning, talent acquisition, employment brand management, performance management, HR analytics and rapid workforce development.
