Recently appointed the Continuous Improvement Manager for the Virgin Media Shared Services Organization, the primary focus of the team is to continually review the operations of the shared services organization, to optimise its efficiency and to assist our teams in providing brilliant service to its customers.
Nolan Gesher is a senior product manager for Fiserv. In this role he plays a major part in determining the strategic direction for Fiservâ€™s suite of financial control solutions. In line with this he is responsible for driving the definition of compelling product solutions, and leverages his experience and securities market domain expertise in providing thought leadership to the industry.
Gesher has more than seventeen years experience in product management, sales, development and support of technology-based solutions for financial institutions. He has significant expertise in the automation of middle and back office processes and workflows, operational risk management, exception management, data management and financial software applications.
Gesher joined Fiserv as a veteran of two major solution providers where he worked as senior product specialist and senior relationship manager. Prior to these roles he served as a vice president at Citigroup for several years. He began his tenure there as manager of client service for an ASP-provided portfolio accounting system. He was subsequently given responsibility to create an ASP-based reconciliation and exception management solution designed for the investment management community.
Gesher holds a Master of Business Administration degree in Finance from Rutgers University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Delaware.
