Leveraging strategy to drive optimization throughout the global business services lifecycle
Have your Global Business Services (GBS) realized the highest level of service quality across multiple functions within the most effective cost structure? Join this informative webinar on December 15, 2011 that explores how your service delivery strategy directly impacts your company’s ability to achieve optimization and how to adapt throughout the journey.
