Why would a large, multinational organisation introduce automated e-billing? Cutting costs and improving efficiencies is just the start.
There are hundreds of reasons why sending e-invoices to customers online makes sense.
Benefits for suppliers include:
- Paper elimination
- Reduced errors, and
- Quicker settlement
Benefits for customers include:
- Quicker delivery, and
- Faster dispute process
It’s a win-win for both sides.
That’s why DHL Express Europe, the global market leader in the international express and logistics industry, decided to replace its paper-based invoicing process with an electronic billing system. To date, 75% of UK customers have been migrated with the result that customer queries & copy invoice requests have been reduced by 40%, and DSO reduced by 2 days.
Join this free webinar to learn how to run a multiregional e-billing project – from initial business case, to project planning, pilot and country roll-out. You’ll gain tips like: e-billing should be part of an overall e-commerce strategy, not just part of finance; and you’ll learn not to over-promise – keep it simple and impress with results.
The webinar will also introduce the solution itself, including features such as invoice presentment, search, query management and supporting document attachment.
