Nelson Schaefer is the Director of Finance at Victrola, a company that produces record players for all types of music lovers. Responsible for financial reporting, accounting, as well as forward looking FP&A type scenarios, he has been with the company for almost five years. Previously, he worked in public accounting for five years, and as an auditor, where he was able to touch a wide variety of businesses and industries. In that role, he worked mostly in hospitality and healthcare industries. Nelson holds a bachelor and master's degree in accounting, and is a CPA. Recently, at Victrola, he was the finance leader in their SAP upgrade to S/4HANA, where he was involved in the setup, plan, and implementation of old and new features during the transformation. In his spare time, Nelson enjoys the outdoors, traveling, concerts, and snowboarding.
