Brad joined NorthgateArinso in 2010 as euHReka Business Development Director. In this position, he currently focuses on the euHReka go to market readiness across the globe. Brad has an extensive industry experience. Most recently, he led the HR practice for Equaterra in North America where he was responsible for business development, client delivery, channel relationship management, staff development and management. Prior to that, Brad was responsible for product strategy, design and marketing for the HR products of ACS.
From 2003 to 2005, Brad was holding the position of President of Arinso International US, leading US operations with respect to full HRO and integration services.
Previous positions also include Senior Vice President – Client Services, USinternetworking Inc., COO and Chief Busines Development Officer, Groundswell Inc., President, The Hunter Group, Vice President -Professional Services, Walker Interactive Systems, Senior Manager, Price Waterhouse & Co.
Brad holds a BS Business Administration from Old Dominion University at Norfolk, Virginia.
In his career at NorthgateArinso, which started in 1997, Johnny has worked in various business lines of the organization starting with building solutions for HRIS platforms. As a consultant, Johnny has built a focus on delivering value to customers through maximizing adoption of Self-Services and technology working with a range of major clients including ExxonMobil, Cooper Industries, MIT LL, Boehringer Ingelheim and CA.
From there Johnny focused on both the transformation of technology and service delivery in his business development role for HR BPO transformations.
In his current role in the OnDemand team, Johnny is helping customers gain new levels of value through the adoption of this most recent wave of transformation.
Monica is a leading expert on HR technology and HR outsourcing, and currently leads the HR Customer Value Network at SAP. She brings a deep understanding of HR and HRO topics from three different perspectives: her experience in HR marketing and strategy for technology outsourcing suppliers, senior roles in HR research and analysis, and implementation of HR technology and service delivery solutions. In additional to her extensive knowledge of HR technology and outsourcing, she has experience with payroll, benefits, employee development, and HR planning. Monica has been quoted in leading HR publications including HR Executive, Workforce, and HR Magazine.
Previous positions include Vice President, HRO Research for Everest Research Institute; Business Development Lead for Accenture HR Services; Director of HRO Marketing Strategy for Mellon Financial Corporation; Research Director, Human Capital Management for AMR Research; Director of Marketing for SAP; Senior HRO Product Consultant for Fidelity; and Manager of HR Technology for United Technologies Corporation. Monica holds a Bachelor of Arts and MBA from University at Albany.
Michael Custers currently serves as VP marketing for NorthgateArinso, overseeing worldwide marketing activities, including analyst & public relations, product marketing, event & lead management, branding, and CRM. Michael joined NorthgateArinso in 2005, as Director Investor Relations & Communications. In his current role, Michael helps NorthgateArinso translate the many advantages of HR technology to customer-oriented business benefits, working with customers, analysts, and journalists. Over the last months, Michael has been deeply involved in rolling out Software-as-a-Service technologies, both internally with Salesforce.com, and externally launching NorthgateArinso's euHReka OnDemand offering.
