Organizations worldwide struggle with complex compliance validation; from VAT and sales tax to fraud detection. With 73% of enterprise AI projects failing to deliver measurable business value, the "build vs. buy" decision has never been more critical for compliance operations.
This webinar reveals why leading enterprises choose proven AI Agent solutions over costly in-house development. In contrast to traditional automation or experimental AI projects, AI Agents provide transparent reasoning that enables two critical compliance benefits: full explainability for regulatory requirements and complete auditability for compliance officers. This reasoning capability allows agents to act autonomously in validated scenarios while maintaining human oversight where needed.
E.ON will share their strategic decision to partner rather than build, implementing AI Agents for VAT compliance across Europe. Learn their vendor selection criteria and their risk-mitigated approach that delivers immediate, measurable value while avoiding the pitfalls of self-developed AI initiatives.
PwC also will reveal their proven methodology for de-risking AI Agent implementations, drawing from successful transformations across DAX and MDAX companies.
In short, this webinar will delve into:
- Fail-safe frameworks that ensure rapid time-to-value, minimize implementation risk, and guarantee sustainable business outcome
- How AI Agent Coworkers achieve compliance autonomy: Understand multi-agent orchestration, when AI augments vs. replaces human work, and how digital coworkers handle end-to-end compliance validation.
- E.ON's fast-track implementation blueprint: Learn their vendor selection criteria, Hypatos integration strategy, and 4-6 week deployment methodology for immediate business value.
- Measure real business impact: Learn how to track success through cycle time reduction, resource reallocation, and risk mitigation—not just automation rates.
- Human-AI Team Management: Discover how to structure human-AI teams and govern autonomous systems.
