Amy Macrae has been with the Golden State Warriors organization since 2018, when she first joined as an intern in the Studio department. She went on to grow her career within the organization through several roles in Talent Acquisition, serving as a Talent Acquisition Assistant and later a Talent Acquisition Specialist before stepping into a role created for her as Specialist, Team Member Engagement. Today, Amy oversees Workplace Experience and Operations across the Golden State ecosystem, including Chase Center, Oakland, Mission Rock, and the Santa Cruz Warriors. In her role, she leads initiatives that support the hundreds of team members who power games, events, and business operations, with a focus on creating an exceptional employee experience. A key part of her work includes building innovative workplace partnerships—including helping develop and expand the organization’s relationship with DoorDash to enhance food access and amenities for employees across multiple locations. Originally from the UK, Amy is passionate about building strong workplace cultures and experiences behind the scenes of a global sports organization.

Katie Egan is an executive at DoorDash and the General Manager of DoorDash for Business, where she leads the team building meal programs that drive employee engagement and streamline business operations. Katie also serves as Head of DoorDash’s New York office, where she focuses on fostering a productive, collaborative workplace, with employee meals playing an important role. A seasoned marketplace leader, Katie has scaled businesses at Amazon, Square, and Caviar. At DoorDash, Katie previously served as the first Chief of Staff to DoorDash’s President and CEO, where she played a pivotal role in shaping the company’s global strategy and operations across Future of Work, organizational effectiveness and culture. Katie began her career at Bain & Company and holds an MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business. She lives in Brooklyn, New York with her husband and two children.
