More than 49% of SSON members are yet to be optimized in Process Mining or do not fully understand what positive impact it can have, meaning that there are a lot of questions on how it can improve business processes.

We would like to invite you to our upcoming webinar with the DRÄXLMAIER GROUP, who looked to improve their P2P (Purchase-to-Pay) and AP (Accounts Payable) processes through Process Mining.

The DRÄXLMAIER GROUP was committed to continuous improvement and
repeatedly faced with a central question: “Are our systems and processes in
the current form efficiently and processes are also lived worldwide just as they are
be specified? "

In this webinar, Matthias Lebschy, SAP Project Manager Procurement and Maren Moisl, Project Manager Finance, from the DRÄXLMAIER GROUP will share all steps from the implementation to the active analysis of P2P and AP processes as well as how the Celonis Action Engine optimized their business processes.
