He defined and led Horizon’s enterprise digital strategy, by growing online channel usage across all stakeholders (across multiple channels), and improving medical and administrative cost ratios through digital integration with key partners. He manages $20M+ in annual budgets and provides leadership to 15 employees and 50 contractors.
He was recruited to establish an online channel and formulate a holistic plan for customer interaction in response to the 2008/2009 healthcare reform. He developed digital asset (Web, mobile, tablet) strategies to improve customer experience throughout the sales cycle, oversee online strategy planning and execution, develop websites that generate revenue and reduce costs, and work across business lines to drive new customer capabilities.
Murali Menon leads ADM and Enterprise mobility solution engineering team for CSS Corp in the US. He has been with CSS Corp for over two years leading many successful engagements. He provides thought leadership to various technical groups in the organization and helps define new service lines for CSS Crop.
Prior to joining CSS Corp he worked in Verizon for 9 years leading different delivery teams focusing on telecom BSS/OSS systems.
He has wide experience spread over 16 years with experience in presales, solution engineering, business processes, project initiation, offshore-onsite model, startup company management, IT operations, IT architecture/design, and Enterprise integration/consolidation.
He has a track record of effective presales, technical front ending and solution engineering in the areas of enterprise mobility and ADM, starting up teams/projects ground up, project transition from vendors to in-house teams and achieving self-sustenance in predicted timeframes.
His professional experience spreads across areas of strategy/technology/management/consulting, in product development, technology start up s, technology services/consulting and tier 1 Corporate IT department.
