An energetic and successful Shared Services / GBS leader, with significant Finance and Business Transformation experience in Designing, Building and Running global operations. Chris has extensive Shared Services, GBS, Offshoring and Outsourcing experience having delivered successful cost reduction, process improvement, automation, growth mind-set and culture change across 4 major industries, internationally. Chris has worked with Unisys (Technology) ; VEON (Telecoms); Apollo Tyres (Manufacturing / Automotive), and most recently as the Finance Transformation Services lead for Heineken (CPG/Brewing). He has led delivery centres and teams in India, Brazil, US, Australia, Hungary, Netherlands, Ukraine & Pakistan, where he loves working with passionate and engaged teams from different cultures, who excel in focusing on service delivery and customer satisfactionn. His rally cry for Global Shared Services is “Never Stand Still”. A qualified Chartered Accountant from Belfast, Ireland, Chris was also conferred with the Community Impact Award at Shared Services Outsourcing Week 2019 in Lisbon for Lifetime Achievement for 20+ years of contributions to the Shared Services industry. He lives in Amsterdam with his family; an avid Heavy Metal Fan, gig goer and Vinyl LP Collector; and he recently took up kayaking around the beautiful canals of the city.
Steve has twenty years of experience working in Procurement, Shared Services and large scale Source-to-Pay transformations. Currently, Steve is the Global Process Owner, Source-to-Pay at AECOM leading the global implementation of S2P digitization roadmap, new operating model, and end-to-end standardized processes. Prior to AECOM, he worked at Mars and Goodyear in transformational roles deploying global S2P systems, standing up shared service centers and center-led procurement organizations.
Rochelle serves as the global Head of Product and Customer Insights at Glantus where she is responsible for managing the life cycle of accounts payable analytics, audit, and automation products. In this role she is the conduit between development teams and industry professionals, linking client feedback to enriched features and new product releases. Rochelle draws from prior experience leading a project management, process intelligence and customer experience consulting firm. She is skilled in designing solutions, building capabilities, and leading teams in the creation of value for stakeholders. Rochelle led cross-cultural program teams with specialization in Shared Services, Contact Center Operations, Procure to Pay Service Delivery and IT Project Management. She holds credentials as a Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Scrum Master (CSM), and a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt. Rochelle is a volunteer on the Project Management Institute (PMI UK) United Kingdom Chapter’s digital events team. Her board roles include American Business Women’s Association Oceanside Chapter, Global Business Academy Amsterdam, and Space Coast Audubon Society.
