Janet Ramey is President of Sourcing Change, which helps which helps leading global business and shared services organizations design, counsel, source and connect the talent they need to deliver on the promise of transformative change. She is also a senior fellow at the Conference Board and lead for the Global Business Services Human Resources Business Partner community of practice.
Janet is an experienced executive and Global Business Services leader. In her prior role at Cisco, Janet led Global Business Services. She focused on digital transformation to lift employee experience and deliver future of workforce and workplace in a complex and rapidly evolving global environment of 130,000 consumers, 94 countries, 480 offices, with a global cashflow of $60B.
Bob Cecil is a trusted strategic advisor with more than 30 years of expertise in optimizing business processes to advance overall strategies and drive cost savings. He is a widely acknowledged thought leader and industry spokesperson on shared services and outsourcing.
Bob is currently a co-founder of Timberstone Partners a team of individuals who provide senior level coaching and guidance in the strategy, design, implementation, and optimization of business services operating models. Bob was previously a Partner at KPMG, EquaTerra, and Exult/Gunn Partners.

Mike Mitchell has been a leader in the Enterprise space for over 25 years. During this time, he has been uniquely positioned to witness multiple waves of transformation around Communication, Marketing, IT, HR and Support. He has a passion for working in productive environments and spent several years at Cisco Systems supporting the Employee Experience with a specific emphasis on Working Digitally. Past responsibilities include driving a converged Digital Marketing and Communication Architecture, Mobile Strategy, SEO, Digital Publishing Services and Internal Video Production. Mr. Mitchell is a co-author of “The Power of IP Video” a business book focused on the use of Video within the Enterprise.
