How to Scale Agentic AI Without Failing: From Pilot to Production

Implementing flexible, scalable, and compliant agentic support for finance and GBS

This webinar will take place on:
9 April, 2026
10:00 AM - 11:00 AM EDT

If 2025 was the year of trial and error, 2026 is the year of scaling. This means a shift from siloed, carefully monitored pilots to applying Agentic AI to REAL, messy, and deviating legacy processes. This is where most AI projects fall down. In fact, Gartner recently predicted that over 40% of Agentic AI projects will be cancelled by the end of 2027!

This means to succeed; you not only have to choose the right technology (differentiating from real Agentic AI to those just “Agent-Washing”), but you also need to ensure strategic alignment, data readiness, and change adoption.

In this webinar, our expert speakers dig into their thousands of hours of AI experience to discuss their non-negotiables for ensuring your AI projects succeed.

This includes:

  • Agentic AI Flexibility: Ensuring your AI can cope with exceptions, non-PO invoices, and ESG
  • Process Readiness: What do your processes need to look like for AI-Scaling?
  • Beware! Red flags to watch out for when moving from AI pilots to scaling
  • Scaling Governance: Where does control live as systems scale?
  • Agent Coordination: Considerations for architecture, integration, and operating models
