Emma Beaumont Managing Director, Global Strategy & Analytics
Emma Beaumont is the leader of SSON globally, responsible for the strategic direction and growth of all SSON customer channels including all SSON events, SSON’s online portal www.ssonetwork.com, the online practitioner platform Shared Intelligence; and SSON’s recently launched research and data analytics centre, SSON Analytics.
Emma began her career with SSON in 2003 in London, where she ran SSON’s global event portfolio from until 2014 when she relocated to Singapore to open SSON’s first global data analytics centre, SSON Analytics. SSON Analytics now provides digestible data-driven insights to the industry and helps SSON members answer questions about the ever-evolving landscape through access to interactive visual analytics reports and data tools.
Emma has spent her career growing and nurturing industry relationships in SSON’s global membership base – listening to them to find out how SSON can better serve its members. Her priority is to ensure SSON delivers upon its global mission statement and commitment to customers through vendor-agnostic best practice content, cutting edge data insights and unparalleled networking and learning opportunities.

Rochelle Hood Global Head of Customer Analytics and Research
Rochelle Hood serves as Global Head of Customer Analytics and Research for SSON where she is responsible for enhancing member value and experiences.
Rochelle has managed operations and led projects in multiple disciplines including shared services, call center operations and information services. She is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) attaining her credentials from the Project Management Institute and is a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt. Rochelle holds a BSc in Accounting and a Masters in Business Administration. Rochelle’s professional experience includes project management, process excellence and service delivery roles at IBM, QVC and companies in the defense contracting industry.

Sally Fletcher Global Head of Content and Events
Sally’s role has two facets; first and foremost she is responsible for overseeing the programme, content, speakers and project management for SSON’s two largest annual summits, Shared Services & Outsourcing Week North America and Shared Services & Outsourcing Week Europe. She works with global shared services leaders to uncover hot topics, key challenges and future direction for the SSO market and feeds all of that into SSON’s cutting edge summits.
Secondly, Sally consults with SSON’s regional teams in Asia, Germany, the U.K. and the U.S. to ensure that SSON’s conference content is of the highest possible standard worldwide and that SSON’s teams continue to strive for excellence. She also provides invaluable global insight to SSON Analytics, SSON’s data analytics centre based in Singapore.
Before taking on her current role, Sally spent four years in Singapore as Production Director for the Singapore office of IQPC. She was responsible for managing a team of event producers who produced and managed a range of business conferences including SSON’s Asia series, encompassing events in China, India, the Philippines, Malaysia and the flagship Shared Services & Outsourcing Week Asia in Singapore.

Sian Jenkins Global Head of Marketing
Sian Jenkins is responsible for aligning marketing and brand strategy across all of SSON’s channels, including 40+ global events; ssonetwork.com, (SSON’s editorial, content and membership portal); Shared Intelligence, (SSON's practitioner-only online forum); and SSON Analytics (SSON’s data analytics and research centre). With over 120,000 members accessing multiple online channels and products across 7 different regions in multiple languages, ensuring clear communication of what is available, how, where and to whom is Sian’s every day challenge!
Serkan Ibrahim Head of Digital Sales
Serkan is the Head of Digital Sales for the Shared Services and Outsourcing Network, under his guidance SSON’s global community has grown from 60,000 to 120,000 senior executives. Serkan is passionate about aligning content with strategic go-to-market planning, as well as helping to make complicated value propositions easy to understand for SSON’s audience of decision makers.
Serkan has supported many organisations with their digital marketing strategies since 2014, generating over 12,000 MQLs and he looks forward to adding to that number.

Barry McIntyre Marketing Director – SSON
With over 13 years experience in B2B marketing Barry heads up the European digital marketing team in London. The responsibilities of the team, in conjunction with the wider global team, include North America and EMEA client communications and marketing, the delivery of the successful SSON digital event series and our ever growing social media following across LinkedIn and Twitter. Barry has been part of the wider company (IQPC) since 2013 with roles including both marketing manager and sponsorship sales manager before moving into his current position in London overlooking three divisions’ marketing responsibilities.
Elisa Montes Digital Marketing Manager – SSON
Elisa is responsible for SSON's online presence and for utilising digital marketing channels and tools including social media, SEO and email to grow membership, support sponsored campaigns and engage network members.
Daylin Limonte Marketing Manager – SSON Analytics
Daylin looks after all aspects of the digital and offline marketing for the SSON Analytics brand. From strategy development, website and database management to social media, email campaign, content marketing, SEO, copywriting and video production.
Before joining SSON Analytics, Daylin spent nearly 4 years at Clarion Events Asia where she managed and executed marketing campaigns for regional events across different industries such as Oil & Gas, Nuclear Power, Utilities, Hospital Management and e-Commerce.
Emmeline Tan Marketing Assistant – SSON
Emmeline is responsible for digital marketing activities to support SSON events worldwide. She also assists the SSON marketing team in areas such as member acquisition and sponsorship fulfillment.
Syazana Lim Research Analyst
Syazana Lim is a Research Analyst at SSON Analytics where she is responsible for developing data tools and creating visual interactive reports showcasing the latest insights of the SS&O landscape across different regions.
Syazana manages the Top 20 Most Admired SSOs & Metric Benchmarker – a data tool that allows SSCs to compare their metrics across attrition, P2P, R2R and O2C against the top 20 SSOs.
Prior to joining SSON Analytics, Syazana was an analyst at Deutsche Bank’s market advocacy team - assessing and communicating the implications of the financial industry’s regulatory and market changes.

Alyssa Tan Research Anaylst
Alyssa is a Research Analyst at SSON Analytics, where she is responsible for evaluating current trends across the SS&O landscape across different regions and creating interactive visual reports to present these insights.
She also plays a role in developing data tools. She manages the City Cube – a data tool that compares 1400+ shared services locations around the world across a variety of metrics, including function and company revenue breakdowns, overhead operation cost, risk rebound index, talent availability, and more.
