Through a combination of hands-on experience and continued professional development, he steadily advanced within the organization. In 2016, he began supporting operations in Fiji and today serves as the Site Director for Mindpearl Suva, where he oversees a team of over 1000 employees. The center provides high-quality outsourcing solutions for major international airlines, insurance providers, and financial services companies across Europe, US and Australia. Erik has also been an executive member of the BPO Council of Fiji for over four years, actively contributing to the growth and recognition of Fiji as a world-class outsourcing destination. He’s deeply passionate about learning and development, and is a strong advocate for empowering individuals to grow meaningful careers in the BPO sector.
Josie Prasad is an accomplished executive with over two decades of experience in financial services, strategic operations, and international business development. She currently serves as the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Bula Outsourcing, a premium business process outsourcing (BPO) firm headquartered in Fiji. Under her leadership, the company has achieved significant growth, delivering high-quality offshore staffing solutions to clients across Australia and New Zealand. Her expertise lies in designing scalable outsourcing frameworks, building high-performing teams, and aligning service delivery with client business objectives. In addition to her role at Bula Outsourcing, Ms. Prasad is the Principal and Owner of Astute Hunters Hill, a respected mortgage brokerage based in Sydney. She has extensive experience in residential and investment lending, loan structuring, and financial advisory services. Her in-depth understanding of credit policy, compliance, and client lifecycle management has positioned her as a trusted advisor to a diverse portfolio of clients, including first home buyers, investors, and business owners. Ms. Prasad’s professional strengths encompass strategic planning, operational leadership, offshore workforce management, and client relationship development. She is highly regarded for her ability to drive cross-functional outcomes, foster organisational culture, and implement effective governance structures in both start-up and growth-phase environments.
