She is also a senior fellow at the Conference Board and lead for the Global Business Services Human Resources Business Partner community of practice.
Janet is an experienced executive and Global Business Services leader. In her prior role at Cisco, Janet led Global Business Services. She focused on digital transformation to lift employee experience and deliver future of workforce and workplace in a complex and rapidly evolving global environment of 130,000 consumers, 94 countries, 480 offices, with a global cashflow of $60B.
