Thomas Cragg

Tom Cragg brings 15 years of experience in scaling up high performing teams in the Philippines, having arrived in Manila back in 2006 to set up a British-owned medical transcription firm, PreScribe. After almost 5 years managing their Operations, Production and Quality Assurance, Tom joined KMC as their Vice President for Sales and has been the driving force of the Company’s growth to becoming the largest flexible office space provider in the Philippines. Tom’s operational background and consultative approach allowed KMC to pinpoint Client pain points early on and develop value-add services around Recruitment, Staffing and Managed Service solutions allowing Clients to leverage KMC’s employer branding and expertise to attract and retain the best possible talent for their remote teams.
