Finance teams have invested heavily in AR technology. Yet many still can't see their receivables in one place.
Credit sits in one system. Collections in another. Cash application, disputes and customer communication are spread across the ERP, shared inboxes and spreadsheets. Each piece was added for a good reason. Together, they've created a process nobody can see end to end.
The impact is felt across the finance function. Collectors spend hours piecing together account status before they can act. Disputes stall between departments. Cash forecasts lean on judgment calls rather than data. Controllers wait on answers that should take minutes. And customers get reminders for invoices they've already paid, which strains relationships the business has worked hard to build.
At the same time, finance leaders are understandably wary of new technology. Many have lived through long implementations, paid for features their teams never adopted, and waited for ROI that didn't show up.
This session takes a practical look at how finance teams are simplifying credit-to-cash without disrupting the systems they rely on. Quadient's AR specialists will walk through where fragmentation creates hidden work.
Attendees will leave with:
- A clear picture of where fragmentation is costing their team time and cash.
- Practical criteria for evaluating AR technology: ERP fit, time to value and day-to-day usability.
- Real examples from finance teams that simplified credit-to-cash without disrupting their ERP
They'll show how to assess whether your current setup is helping or getting in the way, and what separates AR technology teams adopt from technology they work around
