Low Risk:High Value – the GenAI Sweet Spot for P2P Teams

Go from Idea to Reality with Generative AI for Procure to Pay

This webinar will take place on:
13 June, 2024
09:00 AM - 09:45 AM EDT

It’s no secret that GenAI is firmly on the 2024 mandate for Shared Services and GBS. But where do you start and how do you decipher between GenAI noise and useful information?

Join SSON’s webinar with GenAI expert, Paul Solomon – Head of Data Science at Xelix, who will outline the key factors to consider ahead of your GenAI implementation and help you cut through the misinformation.

With 71% of shared services already delivering procure to pay services, AP is a great place to start seeing the impact Generative AI can make. Therefore, we’ve secured the SSON community with an exclusive first look at Xelix’s brand new GenAI tool – Helpdesk, launching in June 2024.

Helpdesk is a purpose-built P2P solution for managing vendor queries; set to save teams hundreds of hours and headaches managing shared inboxes or trying to make generic solutions work for P2P.

Amongst other benefits, it promises to:

• Propel vendor satisfaction.

• Drive up SLA compliance.

• Free your team of tedious tasks.

• Unlock cost-efficient growth for your SSC/GBS organisation.

The best part? It’s low risk so it’s easy to get IT on board. The even better part? You can go from idea to reality in just four weeks.

Both speakers, have extensive experience in the AI field and will be on hand to provide practical advice and help you prepare a blueprint for implementing Generative AI quickly and successfully!
