Join us as we explore the power of workforce analytics with Sue Danino, VP, Global Business Services at Hubbell Incorporated, and Brad Killinger, CEO of Sapience Analytics.

Key discoveries:

  • How to leverage analytics to thrive amidst today's macro talent challenges.
  • Integrating workforce analytics with other systems for intelligent automation.
  • Using workforce analytics to align productivity or cost-saving measures for captive or outsourced centers.
  • The value in utilizing work patterns and growth trends to strengthen partner relations through workforce analytics.

This session will deliver actionable insights tailored to empower shared services professionals like you to make informed decisions that drive efficiency, productivity, and growth within your organization.
