Organizations are under pressure to increase productivity while reducing operational costs. At the same time, the rise of AI agents has created a new challenge: many organizations are discovering that scaling AI can become surprisingly expensive.
This webinar explores how enterprises are moving beyond traditional operating models toward AI-first operations powered by AI Employees. We will examine why many AI deployments generate significant token consumption and infrastructure costs, why simply adding more agents does not always translate into better outcomes, and what separates sustainable AI operations from expensive experimentation. Attendees will learn how AI Employees are reshaping shared services, finance, HR, procurement, customer operations, and enterprise support functions by executing work under business policies, governance, and human oversight. The session will also discuss the operational and economic principles required to build AI-first organizations that can scale efficiently.
The future of operational excellence will not be defined by the number of AI agents deployed, but by how effectively organizations redesign work around AI Employees and AI-first operating models.
Attend this webinar to:
- Understand why AI operating costs are becoming a critical consideration for enterprise leaders.
- Learn how AI Employees enable AI-first operations across shared services and enterprise functions.
- Explore practical approaches to scaling AI while maintaining governance, efficiency, and cost control.
