European Shared Services are today looking for new opportunities to drive benefits for their businesses, increasingly though leveraging new solutions and a customer-centric approach to provide greater value-add.

Nearly 8 out of 10 European centres expect to expand in the next 12 months, mainly in terms of geographic reach (e.g., Romania, Hungary) while most of the new service offerings are driven from France, Germany, Czech Republic, Poland and Lithuania.

This report looks at how European countries compare, where the regional hot spots are, lists relative strengths and helps guide your European resource strategy.
