What are the big SS&O trends that will define service delivery in 2013?

Naomi Secor, Director of SSON's flagship Shared Services & Outsourcing Week conferences in the US and Europe, explains how she's shaped next year's North America agenda by focusing on "core competencies" vs "single functions" – acknowledging a shift towards end-to-end enterprise solutions.

In developing the agenda for this event, Naomi has taken a holistic view of services delivery, including useful sessions, such as a "how to" overiew for data analytics; and considering the trend to "insourcing" as inflationary pressures offshore combine with increased automation and demands for a more "culturally-aware" service.

Acknowledging the move towards full-spectrum solutions, 2013 will also see the launch of two brand new deliverables for SSOW. Naomi is introducing two "mini-conferences" alongside the main SSOW event: Procurement and IT Services will each be given their own parallel forum for those of you pushing for a more seamless delivery model across enterprises.
