As the numbers of shared service centres continue to expand, so does the scope of their processes (85% of SSO/GBS planning to expand their scope next year), with record-to-report in the top three processes most commonly covered. In a recent survey with SSON, nearly 60% of respondents were already managing statutory reporting through a centralised approach and another 20% plan to move that way in the future.

Taking place on the 17th of October, this invitation only virtual round table discussion will explore the challenges organisations need to overcome and the benefits to be derived from centralising statutory reporting.

In this roundtable we will:

  • Hear first-hand from Abbott, a global healthcare multi-national company, about their journey on centralising statutory reporting
  • Discuss the specific challenges of centralising statutory reporting and how these can be overcome
  • Highlight how to get the buy-in for investment
  • Discuss the future of ESG reporting being centralised
