
Priyanka Anand
Priyanka Anand is Vice President and Head, HR Global Operations at Ericsson since April 2014. Before this, she was Vice President and Head - Human Resources at Ericsson Global Services, India from July 2010 till April 2014.
In her current role, she is leading a 500 member global team (spread over 20+ countries & 6 major service centres) catering to HR delivery in Ericsson globally. Before this, she was the head, Human Resources at Ericsson Global Services India, where she was pivotal in the growth of the organization from its establishment in India to an employee base of 15000+ and in the setting up of its HR leadership team, led by her. She has worked in the past with Colt Technologies, STG and Manpower.
What sets her assignments apart in these organizations is the fact that she joined these organizations at the time of their inception in India as a part of the leadership team. and was instrumental in the formation of these organizations from scratch and a pivotal part of their growth story.
She and her team have represented Ericsson in SSON (Shared Services and Outsourcing Network) forums in Europein 2017 - where the team won SSON Excellence award for Best process Improvement/Innovation and in Singapore in 2016 ((Silver Award for Best Process Innovation, Bronze Award for Best Shared Services Team). The Ericsson HR Global Operations team has been CMMI level 3 certified recently.
Priyanka has a management degree in Human Resource Management and Change management and nurturing careers is among her passions.
