From touching acceptance speeches to a double-win, last night's Annual Shared Services & Outsourcing Excellence Awards Ceremony was full of surprises and well-earned awards. Co-hosted by SSON and ISG, winning organizations for 5 categories plus our 2014 North American Thought Leader of Year were announced, honored and celebrated with an intimate gathering during the 18th Annual North American Shared Services & Outsourcing Week. [eventPDF] The 2014 Judging Panel, who spent a lot of personal time reviewing applications late February, came to unanimous decision on the Winners and Runners Up in each category: People & Communication, Value Creation, Culture Creation, Customer Service, and Improvement & Innovation.
