Designing the GBS Operating System (OS): A Blueprint for the Digital Workforce

Explore a brand new approach to scalable, enterprise-wide AI and its impact on human talent

This webinar will take place on:
11 November, 2025
10:00 AM - 11:00 AM EST

‘Adopt AI’ is now a board-level refrain. But translating that mandate into a scalable strategy demands a blueprint that does not yet exist in the market. What does a digital workforce really look like? How do you begin? And why call it an Operating System?

This webinar will answer those questions head-on. Leading experts will explore the past decade of fragmented GBS automation and its hidden costs, and examine how Agentic AI provides the connective tissue for a true GBS Operating System: a self-learning layer that orchestrates processes across finance, HR, procurement, and customer operations.

Attendees to this webinar will be able to access a roadmap that helps with:

  • Defining the vision of a future-proofed digital workforce and the roles that will emerge as manual work with GBS is digitized up to 90% by agents.
  • Building a phased rollout, from pilot to enterprise-wide scale, while maintaining control and governance.
  • Redesigning jobs so human talent focuses on insight, innovation, and value creation.

If you and your team are tasked with implementing AI, or you are looking to explore what next-generation Global Business Services looks like, this webinar is a must attend!
