If you are finding yourself with more open positions, and fewer quality candidates to fill them, then you’re not alone. Off the back of the great resignation, a need for new digital-savvy talent, and an increasing trend for job-hopping, many organizations are finding themselves struggling to find the talent they need to meet their business goals.
However, there is a way forward (several ways in fact). In this webinar we’ll be examining how resource management, utilizing older employees, reskilling staff and contingent workers can all help strengthen your talent pool. We’ll cover:
• Assessing your current talent for untapped and underutilized skills
• Eliminating biases against older workers and accessing the skills and wisdom experienced workers have to offer
• Developing a robust reskilling program
• Predicting future talent needs and creating a plan to track your progress
• Considering the pros and cons of contingent workers
