Summer is great for regrouping, clearing your head, and trying something new. For my part, though I have still not learned to surf (here's to summer 2015) I did fight my way up Ireland's Croagh Patrick (one of its highest mountains) in a gale – and found my way back down and lived to tell the tale! Apart from the truly magical landscape of Connemara, I also got to enjoy the wonderful music and spirit that is Ireland.
