Building on a strong academic foundation on Artificial Intelligence and Business Administration complemented by a vast experience in leadership, international and business transformation management as well as Functional Finance and IT Management, Frank is leading the multi-tower Global Shared Services Organization of DHL Global Forwarding, Freight since 2016. The shared services organization operates with 4400 employees located in Bogota, Mumbai, Chennai, Chengdu and Manila augmented by 150 bots operated by a Virtual Delivery Center based in Chennai.
Frank has studied Business Administration at the University of the Armed Forces in Germany and holds a Ph.D. on Artificial Intelligence of the Martin Luther University Halle Wittenberg (Germany) and a post graduate diploma in International Management from the National University of Singapore.
