SSON is delighted to congratulate Genpact on eight successful years listed on the NYSE. We are delighted that Genpact has partnered with us on numerous occasions to engage with the evolving marketplace. Our congratulations to the global team!

Genpact, a global leader in designing, transforming, and running intelligent business operations, commemorated eight years as a publicly-traded company on the New York Stock Exchange by ringing The Closing Bell® at 4:00 p.m. EDT on Thursday, August 27. Genpact's President and CEO N.V. 'Tiger' Tyagarajan presided over the honors. Joining him were members of the company's senior management team in addition to several members of Genpact's Board of Directors.

Genpact's common shares were first listed on the NYSE on August 3, 2007. Since then, the company grew from $823 million in annual revenues to $2.28 billion (2014).

Tyagarajan, known in our industry simply as "Tiger", was delighted to commemorate Genpact's success. "Since 2007 we have more than doubled our workforce to close to 70,000 employees in 25 countries and made many strategic acquisitions," he said.

"On August 4, we reported solid second-quarter 2015 results, delivering 11% revenue growth on a constant currency basis and 15% growth in our Global Client revenues on a constant currency basis," he continued.

Today, Genpact is pushing ahead with a combination of advanced digital technologies that drive real value for clients.

A live webcast of The Closing Bell (beginning at 3:59 p.m. EDT) will be available on the NYSE website at www.nyse.com.
