We are looking for a highly organized, dedicated and result oriented Document Administrator who who can contribute to strengthening our organization to be an asset to our company's growth servicing other Odfjell Drilling companies worldwide.

 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Graduate of BS Library Management, Engineering or any related field
  • Has experience working in a workshop, working on spare parts and equipment
  • Has experience working in a multicultural environment, experience in shared services environment is an advantage
  • Has basic understanding of drilling equipment and drilling processes
  • Has the ability to interpret torque turn computer graphs
  • Has skills in managing, understanding, execution of ERP systems and tools, database functionality and reporting
  • Good IT skills and understanding of ERP related system
  • Excellent computer skills, knowledgeable in MS office applications and Adobe Acrobat
  • Ability to work independently, but sees importance of achieving results through team work and collaboration
  • Ability to take initiative and make decisions within scope, procedure and guidelines
  • Structured, accurate, systematic, service oriented, task focused and committed to deliver within deadlines
  • Result oriented mind-setGood oral and written communication skills in English language
  • Motivated to facilitate and contribute to company’s growth

 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Monitor quality and content of offshore reporting data in Tubular Running System (TRS) performance application
  • Upload offshore data to TRS performance app as required (support of offline locations)
  • Upload global job reports and paperwork to ERP
  • Clean-up and migrate existing performance data into new global systems
  • Manage performance data and provide operational reports
  • Interpret torque turn graphs
  • Report any performance discrepancies to local GeoMarkets for follow up
  • Produce final customer job reports
  • Distribution of final jobs reports – upload to ERP and forward to global customers where appropriate
  • Perform other related tasks that may be required from time to time
